THERMAL HYDRODYNAMIC H-SG SERIES PUMPS

PURPOSE

  • H-SG heat generator pumps are designed to heat water in the liquid phase.
  • The H-SG heat generator pump is used: for autonomous heating systems, for hot water supply systems, in autonomous ventilation and air heating systems.
  • Scope of application: residential buildings, public buildings, industrial premises, agricultural complexes and technological processes.

DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

  • The H-SG heat generator pump is a set of units designed to organize counter-transverse flows of the processed material in the liquid phase in a confined space.
  • The principle of operation of H-SG is to organize hydrodynamic oscillations in the heat generator block, providing conditions for the rupture or transformation of intermolecular bonds in a liquid medium with the subsequent release of heat (heating of the liquid) due to a temperature surge at the sites of rupture or transformation of intermolecular bonds.
  • Heat generator pump type H-SG - disc, horizontal, with direct drive from an electric motor through an elastic coupling.
  • The generator and electric motor are installed on a common frame.
  • The type of main electric motors and components of the H-SG depend on the power of the H-SG . The shaft rotates based on bearings.
  • Bearing installation is fixed, grease lubrication. H-SG pumps are unified and differ only in body parts.
  • The H-SG is equipped with mechanical seals.
  • H-SG type pumps comply with specifications and are certified.
  • They do not require approvals for installation, because energy is used to rotate the electric motor, and not to heat the coolant.
  • Operation of H-SG with electrical power up to 100 kW is carried out without a license.
  • They are fully prepared for connection to a new or existing heating system, and the design and dimensions of the installation simplify its placement and installation.

ADVANTAGES OF USE

  • Simplicity of design and assembly, small dimensions and weight allow you to quickly install a hydrodynamic thermal pump mounted on one platform anywhere, as well as connect it directly to an existing heating circuit.
  • No additional chemical water treatment is required; GOST R 51232-98 water is used.
  • The use of an automatic control system does not require the constant presence of maintenance personnel.
  • No heat losses in heating mains when installing thermal hydrodynamic pumps directly at the heat consumer.
  • The operation is not accompanied by emissions of combustion products or other harmful substances into the atmosphere, which allows its use in areas with limited maximum permissible limits.
  • The payback period for the implementation of thermal hydrodynamic pumps ranges from six to eighteen months.
  • If there is insufficient transformer power, it is possible to install an electric motor with a supply voltage of 3,000 volts - 6,000 volts (only for 200 and 250 kW). Manufacturing time is at least one hundred days.
  • In a dual tariff system, when heating with thermal hydrodynamic pumps at night, a small amount of water is sufficient, accumulating it in a storage tank and distributing it with a low-power circulation pump during the day. This allows you to reduce heating costs from 40 to 60%.
